"I cannot imagine working with a better real estate agent than Chris. As a first time home buyer, we were nervous and had a lot of questions! Chris's thoroughness, responsiveness, honesty and guidance made the home buying process easy and fun! Chris's attention to detail is astounding. When attending showings, he would educate us on what red flags to look for on a property, what positives to look at, and he truly helped us develop our vision for what we really wanted in our home with our budget. We were also so appreciative that Chris never put an ounce of pressure on us to make a decision about purchasing a home. It was very evident that Chris always had our best interest in mind. Chris's years of experience would be valuable to anyone looking to purchase a home, and I truly cannot imagine working with anyone else besides him! Chris provided expert guidance during the design process of our new home, mainly advising us on which options would provide added value when we go to sell the house in the future.
